‘British seabirds and the threats they face’ by Julian Terreros-Martin

The British Isles are home to an incredible number of seabirds which visit during the spring at the start of the breeding season to take advantage of the abundant food available on the coasts. Bird diversity and abundance are key indicators of the health of our oceans, but seabirds face more challenges than ever: bird flu, light pollution…

Julian Terreros-Martin, born in the United Kingdom, has dual Spanish and British nationality.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Biology (Ecology and Environmental Sciences) and a Master’s degree in Wildlife Conservation and Drone Application, he is a dedicated wildlife photographer seeking captivating images that not only show the beauty of nature, but also serve as educational tools.
