Garganta del Fraile, a 9 km circular route that runs through the municipality of Serradilla, in the Monfragüe National Park and Biosphere Reserve, has been chosen the ‘Best Approved Trail in Spain 2022’ in a vote organized by the Federation Mountain Sports and Climbing of Spain (FEDME).
The Councillor for the Environment and Tourism of Serradilla, Borja García Prieto, will present the Local Path SL-CC 44, which crosses dehesas of holm oaks and cork oaks and allows you to enjoy spectacular views of the Monfragüe mountain ranges and the La Portilla ridge, in the Garganta del Fraile, which gives its name to the route.
